Our first year abroad brought many expected and unexpected changes. Maintaining our blog was one source of stability that not only helped to keep us grounded, but it also kept us connected to home. Moving here had caused us to latch onto the apron strings and we held on tight! But over time, as we've made a life for ourselves here, we've gradually loosened our grip on our tether to familiarity and our blog has been neglected as a result. We simply can't keep up with our own adventures! Sadly, most of our experiences in 2009 and all of 2010 regrettably are not documented in writing.
